![]() Sorry Pita. Apparently you are not as good as Dinosaur Jr or MBV alike. |
pita is one of my favorite electronica acts ever!!!! unfortunately, i don't have much of his discography, but everything i've heard has been super ace.
i'm waiting for the arrival of the vinyl album he released on giffoni's label. speaking of which, have you heard ktl? collaboration between mr. rehberg and stephen o'malley of sunn o))). |
Nope, but I'm excited about it too. Pita makes me hallucinate.
|
never heard, but will check them out
thanks for the heads up! |
Awesome find, thanks! I was watching the ktl youtube videos on his site, earlier. Definitely worth checking out, if you get the chance.
|
I'm afraid i havent heard enough of his work, so i decided not to vote.
Anyway, just to let you know, he's in latest issue of The Wire commenting on various records,(including David Bowie, Sonic Youth etc) for the 'invisble jukebox' article. It's a good read if youre into his stuff. |
Thank you, I haven't bought this month's issue yet. I'm sure that it will make for interesting reading.
|
Get Down for me.
I also have a Rehberg/Bauer CD at home, that I forgot the name of. |
Well, since you bumped it anyway...
On the Editions Mego site you can find a live archive with podcasts of every KTL performance to date. http://www.editionsmego.com/podcast.xml |
I voted for Get Down.
Why? Because it's ace. I still have to listen to his collaboration with fennesz. oh yeah, and KTL is the best thing he's ever done, but all in all Mr. Rehberb just can't do anything wrong. |
