I know "Addicted To Love" gets alot of recognition from sy fans but I've never heard anyone mention anything about Thurston's rendition of Madonna. What are your thoughts of this song? Am I the only one who feels it doesn't receive alot of credit?

I prefer Into the Groovey over Addicted to Love.

I prefer Groovey over Addicted to love, but I MUCH prefer Platoon II and Children of Satan over all.

I like the Tuff Titty Rap.. it flows so nicely into Into the Groove(y)

Thurston sounds like a zombie on that song. I heart it so.

so much better than madonna's version... it's my favorite cover on the album (though watt's "burnin' up" is great in that strange classic rock way)

Into the Groovey was my fav SY song for a long time. Not a big fan of Addicted... but I like the video Kim did for it.

Best track on that album is MacBeth though

I love it its a cracking song and a great cover.

Into the Groove(y) - it's a cracking cover version - I love the way the slower performance and Thurston's lazy vocal delivery is at odds with the hyper style of the original song. I like the samples of the original that are inserted too.

i think the whole song runs throughout the cover version, i could be wrong though. i think they had it completely there and it just pokes its head out occasionally.

Burnin' up sucks, sorry to say it. I like most of the rest of the album though. Its so different and so underrated.
