What are you listening to (II)?
 

The classic "what are you listening to?" thread we all dig seems to be inaccessible, so I'm starting this one, which can last until the other one resurrects or until everything DIES.

I'll begin with:

The last few albums I had in rotation:





While it is indeed a bit more low key than its balls-to-the-wall predecessor, I find myself coming back to Wild Planet's high points (which to me would be "Give Me Back My Man", "53 Miles West Of Venus", "Strobelight" and of course "Private Idaho"). Great listen during Pride Month too.





Lazy Sunday listen while I was coming down from a busy Saturday. Perfect moodpiece for such days.





The algorithm directed me here immediately after Air. Can't complain, good companion piece. Algorithm done good for once.

I just listened to the new Bill Callahan song, "XXX", which is actually on Noah Cyrus' (!!!) new album. Very good! You just have to remove Noah Cyrus (who I didn't even know existed) from the equation. Imagine it's Diane Cluck instead.

The new ÖLÜM 7” is some of the best "new old school" Anatolian psych rock I've heard in a few years. Really enjoying it; can't wait for a full length.
