Youtube Comments Don't Load
 

Recently I have been facing a strange issue. Whenever I am listening to a music playlist on YouTube and find something good, I always try to leave a comment on it, showing my appreciation. But, since yesterday, whenever I try to comment on YouTube, the comments don't load.

I have tried clearing the cache, but it didn't work. Then searching online and came across this post that suggested to disable the proxy connection. I am quite confused getting the solution if it is work or not. Can anyone confirm me?

Uh… are you on mobile or desktop/laptop? Because on mobile you have to have premium to leave a comment while something is playing, since the comments have been moved to a different spot.

[EDIT: no you don’t, you can comment while watching, idk what I was thinking. But it won’t let you interact with the video (pause, skip ads, etc.) while commenting.]

Also, maybe a YouTube FAQ or Google search would be beneficial? *shrug*

or force-load mobile browser in desktop mode and fill as computer

Anyway, for some YT vids the comments are disabled, and such a message is shown somewhere. Perhaps you were unlucky in your selection

Yeah, this is a weird thing to come to SYG about, but I’m guessing it’s a disabled comments section issue or some such. Anyhoo.

Somebody actually gave the solution that worked for me in the past but removed his comment (I saw it in my email notifications) : you need to be logged in to see the comments. Some other possible solutions are mentioned here: https://support.google.com/youtube/t...24356540?hl=en
