Yes, there probably should.

I have a desire, at the moment, to visit some sand dunes which are close by, take a boombox and blast some surf music. Link Wray would be included.

These are the dunes in question:

Link Wray is one of my favorites of the surf era, or really any era. Jack the Ripperin my opinion is one of the best songs to come out of that movement.

And definitely Bill Haley, pre-Comets though.

But to answer your original question, yes I would happily blast some Link Wray and yes I would feel stupidly happy.

But of course. Chickasaw Mudd Puppies that lived next door to me on Meigs St. hehe introduced me to Link Wray's music.
