There's some pretty good rules, no restrictions on a lot of things. I'm trying to get a decent theme going for it. But yeah, join up if you like Pavement. My account is Wowee Zowee btw.

I don't know if there's an official one but the one that links off the Matador website is really poor. Like it could easily be from 1997, basically looks like it's in notepad.
