Pop Tatari question........

i was looking at the booklet of the boredoms album pop tatari when I noticed something in the credits: All sounds & Noise by BOREDOMS/ Except Track 4 by J.Harris. Is track 4 a cover song? And if so, does anybody know who they are covering?
