Hawkwind featuring Brain Blessed (seriously)
This is one of those things that even when you've seen the proof it still seems too far fetched and absurd to be real
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a8pGS4cWbHo Shit gets real just after the 4 minute mark |
Strange pairing but it works brilliantly. Thank you for sharing.

I was set to see two different and separate Hawkwind tours last year and each canceled......legal issues was the reason given. I saw one one site they are playing Houston later this month, but the venue doesn't have the show listed, so who knows???

i enjoyed that. and saying cuz i m not familiar with either!
so yeah.. i ll listen to hawkwind. # of those band i know by name, but had formed a wrong idea about the sounds they make. |
Fantastic, thanks for this.
I have loved them for so long. Got to open for Nik Turner's version last year and just saw them again a few weeks ago. Backed by Hedersleben (Nicky Garrett of UK Subs on guitar!), Nik is still a total road warrior at 74, and the band rocks SUPER hard. Way better than I expected, and the pairing of him with this backing group has gotten light years better in one year of playing. I was amazed. But this thing here is also pretty insane. Thanks so much for posting it. |
not overly familiar with hawkwind either, only a bit of the early stuff, but this is fantastically bizarre.
can't stop thinking of this though https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1q5nxkomDl4 |
Funny. Like more the original, but I like this also. Seen Hawkwind 2004 & 2005, but IŽd like to see them once more!
