Death Valley ´69 7"
 

Just heard first time this version. It´s really great, different in a weird way!This single is not very expensive, so I might buy it in the future...

Also heard Brave men run from the same single (version is not very different comparing BMR-version) & live version from Shaking Hell from Kill Yr Idols & also Hidros 3 first time. Like all of them too, but Death Valley was the greatest!

Supposedly, the reason it's so cheap is because thousands of extra copies were made & sold by the pressing plant when Iridescence failed to pay them.

Check out the other version of DV69 on the 'Plow' Compilation it's another great version with Lydia !!

Unless I'm mistaken, the 7" and the Plow compilation both feature the same July '84 demo version w/ Lydia.

Holy shit, I sought out the Plow version just to be sure, and while it's the same version, it's actually a different mix with a completely different Lydia vocal track!!

I always loved the 7" versions. "Brave Men Run" is amazing.

Really interesting! I wonder a little bit, why they`ve done it, because it´s just demo-version...

Just checking the timings and the 7" is 5.31 and the plow version is longer at 5.56 and even Thurston scream at the start sounds different is it therefore a different version not just a different mix?

Listen again and find the mistake they cut out for Plow! :)
