Built To Spill Article

http://www.furious.com/perfect/builttospill.html

I feel like Built To Spill are in a rare class of bands now that work and think independently on a major label. I love this is band so much and their music, they're one of my favorites. They're probably one of the few bands where'd i'd buy the new album on blind faith cause I know I wouldn't ever be completly dissapointed with it.

Discuss how their last record You In Rerverse was one of the best records last year and is on par with their other past classics. I can't wait to see what this band will do next. Also the live shows are incredible and have to be seen to believe.

(I wrote the article by the way)

I still need to get into this band. I heard some of their stuff and liked it but I just keep putting off buying their stuff.

Thanks to rappard, I've been asked to film both their shows with their film crew in Holland on May 4th and 6th.
I don't have a clue of what to expect. Which album should I listen to first?

Nice article dazedcola.

I have There's Nothing Wrong With Love and Perfect From Now On. Both are fantastic, but I find myself listening ot Perfect From Now On more. I Would Hurt a Fly is a great song.

They're gonna tour Europe in a few months.
I prefer their live recordings to the studio albums.

start with the official live album, thats a great example of what to expect of them plus it takes material from different albums, not to forget the mindblowing extended wah wah rendition of "cotrez the killer" and "broken chairs".
