My Bloody Valentine remasters

So I finally got my hands on the remasted copies of Loveless, Isn't Anything, and EP's 1988-1991. HOLY ACTUAL FUCK. They're absolutely perfect. There's material on the EP's collection that I've never even heard before. Has anybody else listened to them? They're stupidly expensive in stores because their release was pushed back so much, but if you possibly can I highly recommend getting you some.

Their re-releases are less vaginal... You Made Me Realise is dowright phallic in its assault

Not to mention that releasing remasters is an excellent way to compensate for years and years of writer's block.

I thought they had stopped making albums a while ago... Not a bed decisions considering that anything they could possibly release after Loveless would wither in comparison

I didn't know these were getting a vinyl reissue....

I'm intrigued. I would definitely like to check out a remastered Loveless at any rate.

Woah but probably won't happen

The album, the very-long-awaited follow-up to 1991’s classic 'Loveless', has been 21 years in the making. It will be released on frontman Kevin Shields’ website before the end of the year, and will be followed by a further EP of brand new material.

NME’s exclusive interview with Kevin Shields is in this week’s NME, in shops now and available digitally here. In it, he says that fans of 'Loveless' will not be disappointed by the new material. "I think with this record, people who like us will immediately connect with something. Based on the very, very few people who’ve heard stuff – some engineers, the band, and that’s about it – some people think it’s stranger than 'Loveless'. I don’t. I feel like it really frees us up, and in the bigger picture it’s 100 per cent necessary."
