I have an ex-wife from Memphis who smelled of chewing gum and hog jowls.

Reminded me of the womb.

I love Uzi but I def prefer his earlier stuff, like the Luv is Rage/The Real Uzi/soundcloud days. There was a bit more grit.

I was just popping in to mention Die Lit!

I’ve been playing it a lot, especially the track “Shoota,” which is just triumphant as hell.

Yeah, I’m warming to Uzi and definitely fuck with Carti.

Feel like I’m a little old for it, but whatever.

This band wins the award for tinniest drum tone committed to wax: I've heard beefier Fisher price toys. Loveless got nowt on this!

Weird take since Abe is notorious for beating the snot out of his kit.

You could have King Kong behind the sticks and it wouldn't matter because of the way this band mixes the drums. All low end is scooped and the snare is rendered a paltry funk-esque tinny, anaemic snap. Now that is foken weird. At least is the case concerning their music from decades ago. Maybe It's changed now, god forbid it has not but I'm not about to find out.
