There's just two tracks streaming right now, of which Dust is one of the best songs they ever made!

I know it's not cool like Beyonce here, but her new album is fucking great. So bite me.

I like Beyoncé, but the new one hasn’t quite landed for me yet. I put it on and I was like eh. Stopped after a couple songs. Quite unlike Lemonade, which I played front to back the first time.

I listened to a bit and it sounded like Technotronic. Pump up the jam, dude.

Nah it's fucking great. I loved Lemonade too. But this one is different. It's not "deep". Just immense fun.

The Paranoid Style - For Executive Meeting (out in days)

And hopefully these before the end of the year

William Matheny - no title revealed yet

Is this place too cool for Tadeschi Trucks Band? I had never fucking heard of them until the first installment of I Am The Moon was playing where I work yesterday. Now I can't get enough of this series - 4 parts - the last one being just around the corner.

They are Grateful Deadish, to my ears, but better.

Thoughts on Renaissance? I found it fantastic and creative. Never was a fan by any means before.

Bitchen new/old Guided By Voices album (I don't have those EPs, so...):

Quote:

Guided by Voices are diving into the archives for their next release, Scalping The Guru, which features tracks from four EPs the prolific indie rock band released in 1993 and 1994. The new album arrives on Oct. 28 via GBV Inc.

Robert Pollard selected the track list and sequenced the new project so that it plays like a cohesive album. The songs were taken from 1993’s Static Airplane Jive (City Slang), 1994’s Get Out Of My Stations (Siltbreeze), Fast Japanese Spin Cycle (Engine Records), and Clown Prince Of The Menthol Trailer (Domino). In the same two-year period GBV released these EPs, they also dropped two albums, Vampire On Titus and the celebrated Bee Thousand.

ETA: I don't think you "dropped" albums back then, though. ;)
