I may well be going to this - sounds like you'll be packing a lot in though, I'm thinking about 20 mins max per artist (not including having to get on and off stage etc). Hope it all runs smoothly on the night!

You should totally go Herr Doom - Defribilators are a very special thing indeed. VERY VERY GOODS.

blue sabbath black fiji is amazing.

blunderbuss 07.07.2009 11:46 AM

If the weather improves from monsoon conditions, I might show my face.

Glice 07.07.2009 11:55 AM

At least three of those bands are VERY GOOD INDEED. But the Defibrilators are DOUBLE VERY GOOD INDEED. So why not go, Londoners? Eh?

Toilet & Bowels 07.07.2009 11:56 AM

god damn the credit crunch!

(i can't go)

Toilet & Bowels 07.07.2009 12:02 PM

Seriously, god damn, I'm really in the mood for something like this now.

batreleaser 07.09.2009 01:46 PM

ive never even heard deffribillators, are they popular in the uk? as i just said in the nyoukis thread, uk noise is definitely my favorite. anyways, defribilators is an incredible band name, and i want to hear them.

batreleaser 07.09.2009 01:47 PM

im listening to thier tracks on thier myspace, very cool no doubt. sounds like a fela kuti noise band.

Glice 07.09.2009 04:11 PM

I'll second the 'check out Geisha' thing. Though I think I prefer them the live. Hunting Lodge are pretty awesome also, although I've only heard the album and entirely failed to see them live.

Tony also has roughly a million 'side-' projects, all of which are worth checking out (if only because he's a lovely fella).

ml-recs 07.13.2009 07:43 AM

Hunting Lodge were fantastic live, I think they might be back together again now...
