ive been feeding people this album for quite a while and i know some of ye have it but for those who dont check it out...... THE IDIOTS (1996 dirt records)  three piece from dublin, recorded on a 8 track tape machine in an attic studio above a venue in dublin called "the attic" which in turn is above a pub called "the white horse". all 4 (the pub, studio, venue and band) are no longer with us.... drums- andy bass- dek guitar vocals keys- brian mooney brian mooney is now guitarist with si schroeder (formerly schroeders cat) whose album i also give you right here  si schroeder- coping mechanisms (2006 trustmeimatheif) buy on vinyl or cd or download from here enjoy the sound of irish shoegaze......................... |

something heavy and punky from d.c. (dublin city)!!! the band i was in about 10 years ago shared a rehearsal room with these guys, hell of nice people and heavy out.. this is their only release, a very limited (250) white label 10 inch album... totally gone now and the band disbanded and niall went on to form the highly regarded instrumental postrock outfit the redneck manifesto.. so, i give you..
