Record Store Day 2023 - April 22
Here's the list. There's a higher amount of goodness compared to previous years, I think, so I'm not gonna name everything that looks cool; I'll just say this: Hüsker Dü and Larry Mullins + Mike Watt are my essentials. Oh, and THIS: William Hooker's Shamballa (with Thurston and Elliott Sharp) is getting its first vinyl release 30 years after it first came out.

The Dutch list has a few different listings, some Dutch only but also probably some only for the Europe market.
This one brings back memories: Bros - When Will I Be Famous / I Owe You Nothing Mixes I think I or one of my sisters used to have that first song on vinyl, not sure 7" or 12" (oh my haven't heard that one in 30+ years, didn't miss it for one note) anyway, I might be interested in that Tori Amos B-sides album, her first two albums were great. |
Wow, some really bitchen stuff on the UK list, including a Caitlin Rose 7" and a Bark Psychosis 12"!

I am typing this from my Record Store job. Just sayin'.

Hook me up with some RSD goodies then! Yeah, I know, no reservations, first come first served and shit... :( |
I spent 40 years in the Air Force.
And now, at 60, I work in a Record Store. You'll never guess which job I think is more important. |
I didn't see a record store this weekend but at the festival they were selling the Sun O))) Boris lava red Altar repress vinyl. Couldn't resist buying it.
