:( |
|
Ive just seen the Tsunami on the news, fuckin hell. Anyone or anything connected with Japan, i hope youre ok.
And theyve just got some bigmouth on to talk about how its affecting the markets. He isnt even trying to strike a sombre tone. Tasteless in the extreme. |
and yet there's still 8 more days until supermoon.
dig, pathetic earthlings. |

Your future when your cell phone stops working. Everyone makes fun of me when I complain about the removal of phone booths everywhere, besides it requiring everyone to maintain an account in order to make a call, in an emergency we're fucked. But maybe thats the plan. |

not just any Supermoon, but Extreme Supermoon. the power of wind, fire, that kind of thing!! |

Awful. Quite a lot of people I know still haven't heard from their loved ones in Japan there's this strange atmosphere.
|
whats this nuclear threat they are talking about
|
china syndrome was averted. US air force saved the day with coolant.

Quote:
TOKYO (AP) - Japanese authorities will release slightly radioactive vapor to ease pressure at nuclear reactor whose cooling system failed. The agency said the radioactive element in the vapor that will be released would not affect the environment or human health. " Which, if uncoded, means: "Panic stricken Japanese authorities will try to prevent a nuclear core meltdown by releasing deadly radioactive vapor into the atmosphere" - the rule is the truth is alwasy 100x worse than "authorities" admit - remember how initially we were told the oil volcano in the Gulf was only spewing a few hundred barrels a day? Tsunamis always look like they are moving slow on these videos... |
I'm really annoyed with the Brazilian government. Considering that the country hosts the largest Japanese community outside Japan, millions and millions of people are concerned about their relatives they haven't bothered to make any official statements or offer help? wtf

oh, I know that YOU weren't trolling.
although I'm upset that I didn't reel in a catch with either "Extreme Supermoon" or "Godzirra". a shame. |
Just sad beyond belief.
Fuck. |
It's pretty horrible. I can't stand to watch the news anymore.
Things are mostly back to normal here in Tokyo. Very little structural damage. Anybody heard from the lad who lives up north? Hope he's alright. |
a part of a nucliar installation is exploded
because of the cooling sytem that failed 1. it's not a good idea to built a nucliar reactor in a high earthquake zone 2. nucliar installations are not safe, like now with that cooling system chernobil is still under heavy radiation and other places where the russian have done test with nucliar bombs - all the water is contaminated - all the joung born childeren are sick, genetic destruction it's a real nightmare for the people living in those places it's far from normal and hard to imagine the damage done the future of those people only to push forward the military enveloppe in the days of the cold war for what? all paranoid politics |
big explosion at a nuclear power plant, not good news to say the least! really hoping this isn't going to be another Chernobyl.
|
This nuclear power plant situation is freaking me out.
I don't know ATON about science, but what's the worst case scenerio here? Isnt it one of the bigger/biggest power plants or am I wrong about that? |

Glad to hear you are safe. This is terrible, I watched the videos of all the cars being swept away yesterday. I can't watch anymore. |

worse case scenario would be a meltdown and lots of nuclear particles entering the atmosphere. as well as the immediate area it would also decimate much of eastern japan. i heard that cesium already entered the atmosphere which contains alpha, beta and gamma types of radiation. gamma is the worst as it penetrates just about everything and causes the most harm. if that gets into the atmosphere then its bad bad news. thats a worst case scenario, we are not looking at a mushroom cloud here. i am sure that every effort is being made. |
Quote:
good to know you're safe. i've thought of you the other day |
as the bringer of worst news, I offer this:
Experts noted, however, that even a complete meltdown would probably be far less severe than the 1986 disaster at Chernobyl, where a reactor exploded and sent a cloud of radiation over much of Europe. That reactor, unlike the ones in Fukushima, was not housed in a sealed container. |
glad to know you're okay, hat.
ME., are you okay?! |
the japs will remain stoical and calm instead of hysterical, then rebuild it all more safely. then they will make hentai where the tsunami comes out of the womans vag and engulfs the horny robodroid. then they will fap, fap, fap until all the pain is gone.
|
its interesting to see the reporting of this disaster in relation to the one in haiti.
|
^^What are you trying to say?
I saw TONS of reports on Haiti all over the news. Or do you mean the attitude of it all? Btw, seems like people are forgetting all about the new zealand quake that happened like a week or two ago... and now a volcano has gone off in southern japan... |
Quote:
i meant the reporting of it. at first the haiti disaster was about the disaster but seemed to turn into something else, like how violence was going to spread throughout the whole country and there would be widespread further blood loss. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aZRJtAED8uo |
Isn't pbradley in tokyo.

I'm not in Japan at the moment, but my family are ok, I hope Rupert 'Stiles' Stilinski is alright, as I think he's in Odate.
|
i am so happy you're okay me.
