Who is Jim Sclavunos?

One of their early drummers.

I voted for kim because her earlier work gets me moving, and her later work mellows me out.

I saw Jim Sclavunos playing with Nick Cave earlier this year and he was amazing, so I had to vote for him on this poll. But really it would be Lee.

I voted for Thurston. Probably the craziest member of SY when it comes to live shows.

T&B is right. Thurston's voice is annoying and the majority of the songs he does I absolutely cannot stand. Especially his songs as of late. Lee should do all of the songs on every record. It is really too bad Jim left the band.

This poll is about their musical abilities, right? Cuz if so, I'll vote for for my main man Lee. Best musician in SY ever. Although all the members are very talented and add their own wonderful little things to the group. As much as I love Lee's music, it just wouldn't be the same without Thurston, Kim and Steve.

he replaced bob bert recorded confusion, then bob bert came back. jim has been a long time member of nick cave and the bad seeds, he takes drumming and percussion duties with thomas wydler from die haut.

Lee Ranaldo and no doubt about that.I don't have problems with Thurston Moore but Lee does write the best songs.

They are all amazing characters, but Kim's the most mysterious.

When it comes to Richard Edson in acting I like him best in ''Do The Right Thing''. Although his scene in ''Ferris Bueller'' was good.

When it comes to my favorite SY band member it would be Thurston, followed extremely close by Steve and then Lee. I pick Thurston for the simple fact that he seems like a hilarious guy to just hang out with, and not to mention a great musical talent in the flesh. Oh and this outake from the year punk broke, especially around the 1:30 mark.hahahahahaa
