Your Absolute Guiltiest Pleasure?
|
i dunno man, i dunno
maybe this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vtPk5IUbdH0 normally i don't believe in "guilty pleasures" |
Pleasure has to be guilty? GTFO you fuckin catholics...
|
I've been trying to conjure up a response to this, but nothing comes to mind.
Maybe "being Sway". I'll stick to that one even though I'm not so it's true. + one band I really enjoy but seldom mention (not because I feel guilty for diggin' em, but because no one else ever likes 'em)...The Lemonheads. Evan Dando creeps me out a bit. He was kinda the "safe" poster boy for grunge. Dude's brilliant in his own right...Love his cover songs (Luka, Mrs. Robinson) and that "Drug Buddy" is an absolute gorgeous song. Wish he had more stuff like that... |
chips and curry sauce from chinese takeaways.
|
wait! no. my guilty pleasure is bacon burgers. artery clogging fun.
... just what i need on top of my meat: MORE MEAT. |
Bacon is amazing. Cheese is amazing. Fat-assed steaks named Morrissey are amazing. Cigarettes are amazing (sans wanting to quit and not being able to do so), Booze is amazing. Fritos are amazing.
A quote a friend made many a moon ago: "Which is more punk rock? Spending 5 bucks on a BUNCHA stuff that tastes great but is terrible for ya, or spending all yr money on SOME expensive healthy stuff that doesn't always taste so great".... haha, a bit idiotic depending on how ya view it, but...I'm poor + it makes perfect sense to me. Pizza + mac n' cheese ftw! W/ a big assed bottle of Ezra Brooks on the side...yummy. |
There's nothing guilty pleasure-esque about either of those tunes. Eddy Grant rules it.
I don't have guilty pleasures, but I guess if I had any, this would be one of them, though I don't think there's anything wrong with this song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inrEPapTtMM And I think the Lemonheads are amazing. |

haaa haaa haaaa haaa i have to spread more spread it says how about "embarrassing pleasures you wouldn't wanna be caught dead experiencing"? ![]() nah, i'm not into that-- just an example of possible candidates another would be watching daytime tv-- i've done that, but it gives me no pleasure i'll have to think hard about this... |
a guilty pleasure isn't music it's more like snapping your carrot in a public restroom not that I know anything about that..:o
|
Feminist literature.
|
nice orderly queue's.
|
Nothing really. But I guess my most "embarassing" one, at least to others, is that I think Hannah Montana is a hilarious, entertaining show.
Also, I love Limp Bizkit. |
|
The other night, I went out with a lady and her friends to a Korean bar and got drunk and pathetic.
A bit embarrassed that the two of us, lady and me, started to pour ourselves shots from the dregs of the empty bottles of Jack Daniel's, Jameson's, etc. that decorated the walls of the bar. |
I like cheesymite scrolls.
my only guilt lies in how long I insisted that I hate vegemite, only to be proven dreadfully wrong. |

Vegemite valley, you mean? |

Yeah, or coming during a lapdance. |
Female feet.
I'm quite open about my fetish on here, but in real life... I don't necessarily shout it from the rooftops. It's not like I'm necessarily hiding it, since I've never been personally asked about any of my fetishes (this being the biggest one). I do feel pretty reserved about it though. |
I don't feel guilty liking anything but I get made fun of a lot by peers for liking girls dressed as cats, Lil Wayne and femme-folk like Joanna Newsom.
|
i don't feel guilty about any pleasures, but there are things i take pleasure in that i feel in no way inclined to talk about (irl) and these are the myriad pleasures of the internet (i.e. talking on message boards and trawling through more pornography than I could actually use in a life time). Also video games.
|
This song by Radiohead. A guilty pleasure because I don't like them as a band.
