The only good thing about the Grateful Dead is that they're not Phish. Which is a bit like saying that some child-raping murderers are sometimes not also mimes or Bono.

i like live/dead a bit, but all of their other stuff i've heard sounds like doodley doodley derp derp ad nauseum to me. there's very few albums i loathe more than american beauty.

thats not entirely true.. in my library are nearly 100 soundboard recordings, a dozen concert DVDs, and I have a dead shirt for every day of the week ;)

I don't know what this means, precisely, but the phrase "What a long, strange trip it's been" comes from that song. Can't mean anything good.
