Is there any chance this will be available to buy in stores later or on tour?
Otherwise, I just have to buy the regular CD in the shop.

who knows?..i can tell you that silver rocket is the only track on the cd that is not on the lp and matador was swell enough to offer that track as a download...there is no artwork to the battery park cd it's just packaged in the gatefold to what seems to be the same packaging as the first press cd....i'm sorry..i'm just rambling...i've been here forever....but i think today i've posted more than i have in the past 2 years.i really love sonic youth and feel like talking about it....someone give me a call

Does the bootleg version have the same great sound quality? Cuz I was a bit disappointed that there is no pink steam on the record.

impossible, bootleg was soundboard but from low-bitrate stream, so the CD should be better quality

there is also a lossless audience recording floating around, but the quality is that good

The record is really good quality sound. Way better than the show files that came out last year. I could hear a lot of nuaciances in the record. Almost too many...

Yeah, I said in another post, I think this record is the best sound quality of any (official) SY Live material that's been released.

Yeah, I know it's fucking awesome shit, like The Eternal, best fucking awesome shit my ears have in these last times, and best 40€ I spent on records lately.
For these precise reasons, I have a digital copy of The Eternal and I'd like to do the same with Battery park, can one of the persons that bought the sonik tooth box step forward and rip the CD please?

I just wish there'd been a download card - wouldn't have been too much trouble, I'd think, though maybe they wanted to keep the record "pure" or whatever...
