London and Glasgow will be the only UK dates because there are clearly no other cities in the union of countries AT ALL.

I want them in Poland, or at least in Czech Rep, Slavo would be glad too.

I know L.A. will get it's stop. Or somewhere close by.

As Slovakia seems impossible, Czech republic is the obvious choice.

Praha is closer to me. but Slovakia would be great too, yep.
and Poland would be good chance to see them for you, and drink some good polish beer!

I really hate that fest so i hope theyll fail again altho it wouldbe close for slavo and maybe greenlight too

They will hit up Kool Haus (formerly known as the warehouse), which they have been playing on every North American tour since 1998. August probs.

It's rumoured that they'll be playing a series of 30 concerts at the O2 Arena this summer, supporting Michael Jackson.

It's yet to be confirmed, but some sources state that during Wacko's shows, on the songs off the Dangerous album Thurston will be playing the guitar parts originally done by Slash, while Lee is said to make an appearance during the grand finale of the shows, a 15 minute version of Heal The World.

irish date will more than likely be the electric picnic again but i wish they would play in avenue for a change.. sy havent played more than an hour set, inside a venue, on their own gig in ireland since 1997.......

Toronto is always a given, so I'm not overly concerned.

I really hope they play NYC at some point.

considering how much growing interest there is with them, i hope they schedule more multiple dates for the larger cities like they did with DC in 06 to compensate

for the last 3 albums tours it sorta went like this for the 930 shows

2002 - sold out in a few weeks

2004 - sold out in about a week if i recall

2006 - sold out i think in 2 days if even that, scheduled a second late show, that sold quick too

2009 - i will be buying the second they go on sale, can't take the chance

a nice idaho, montana, north and south dakota tour. followed by a few dated in mississippi. that's my best guess.

when do you guys think they'll announce the tour dates? cuz I'm figuring out what I'm doing/where I'm going this summer in these next few weeks and ideally I'd like to NOT be visiting my grandparents when sonic youth rolls into my area. Or theirs. I guess I could always take them...
