Would anyone be so nice to up the album version of 'Send In The Clouds'? I have the cd ep of that but it's the edited version. I had the album and can't find it anymore. I don't want to re-buy it 'cause I don't like the other songs much. Thank you.

Weird, I kinda assumed they weren't together for a while, as I hadn't heard anyone mention any of their recent material. Anyway, this doesn't seem very shocking to me, and it's not very sad. They had a pretty good run.

eh. I only really like American Water. They're very middlin' other than that.

I can say that their show last fall was very awkward. Dave's stage presence is very....I don't want to be there. They did do a great set though.

Your statement is confusing.

The Jews were excellent as long as Malkmus was involved, so more or less, their last good LP was Amercan Water, the rest was kind of tasteless and boring, both musically and lyrically. My opinion anyway.

iirc, steve had nothing to do w/ _the natural bridge_. which was a great record.

and "people" on _american water_ is easily the worst song on there.

I think last year's release is excellent.

i think the silver jews were a great band. I love this band. Saw them in orlando back in september, and I agree, Berman's presence was very "dont want to be here" but i thought there was something more to it than that. Its not like you can jump around on stage and get people moshing to the music...

I'm disappointed by this news, but i agree with Berman about stopping before another "shiny happy people" incident happened.
