i got my first-ever pet like a month ago. he's very cute little dude, and he's named Yoda. I've only got shitty pictures of him by far, he's very very much more sweet and beautyful live. Yoda likes to crawl on my stereo while I play the Diamond Sea. last night he got on top of it and laid down and purred along in it's 20 minute entirety. he's a sonik kitteh:)
but anyway, post photos of your pals along with some nice funny stories.

After our beloved husky died this past July, the house was super quiet.
We hadn't had cats for several years since our previous pair passed away; we knew our dog was getting very old and we wanted her to be the center of attention for the rest of her life.
Recently, we adopted these two siblings and I'm very very happy with them. They're both very sweet and well-behaved. They were six months old when we adopted them; the poor guy who had them before us was in his final months on military reserve and got deployed. Nice guy, too. I hope he's OK now.

Wow, those are exactly like my Smokey (black with gray undercoat, also fat) and Buttercup (calico).

Though Smokerdowks and Butterscups are brother and sister.

I want a hedgehog, does anybody own one or have experience with one? Do they even make good pets?

Hehe, she was trying to eat my lilacs, and I caught her red-handed (or, yellow-bibbed). She snuck into the guest bedroom, or as she woud see it, "The Forbidden Room of Mystery", and when I walked in, she gave me that deer-in-the-headlights look, and took off like a rocket.

normally they carry a lot of parasites. so be aware of some itchin times.
and I think they arent the perfect in-house pets
