Favorite Pop Song(s)?

I don't know if this has been done before, and our search function sucks.

1. Like a Virgin- Madonna. I have loved this song since I was a kid, I was around ten or so when I first heard this one.

2. Going to a Town- Rufus Wainwright

3. Gimme More- Britney Spears- I like this song more than any of her previous work.

4. Sexyback- Justin Timberlake- I don't care what you guys think, but this is an amazing song.

That is what I have for now, what about yours?

debradarko 05.02.2008 01:54 AM

These are just songs that were (sort of) hits

atsonicpark 05.02.2008 02:12 AM

My favorite of all time is DEFINITELY Motocompo's "Freerider".

atsonicpark 05.02.2008 02:13 AM

"Hey Ya" was by Andre 3000 by the way.

Also, if we're talking pop songs by the Fall... "15 Ways"!!!

nicfit 05.02.2008 02:16 AM

Are we talking "modern" pop stuff? Because there are just too many great pop songs from the 60s.

✌➬ 05.02.2008 02:16 AM

No, pop songs in general.

The Killers - When You Where Young - one of the best songs of the decade
a lot of kylie minogue

Can somebody identify this song, I can only remember its video: some days pass, each day you see some hitlist on tv counting down, with some fragments of one particular video, its guys in silver playing in a field with miniature plane. The last day they are number one.

_slavo_ 05.02.2008 03:22 PM

Hail this genuine band and eveything they've ever put out:

I seriously think they are brilliant.

U2-joshua tree was pop perfection as well, the whole ablum still gets played daily on the radio and no one can listen to "i wanna run" and not intantly be stoked. they were quite the pop band in the 80's, probably one of the best ever.

✌➬ 05.03.2008 02:13 AM

Erotica- Madonna.
