I thought you were going to have the entire cover art tattooed on you. NOw THAt would be impressive! You could have had the entire artwork right on your back. Or better yet, right on your chest and abdomen. Show yr true love for Sonic Youth.

at the atlanta show in 2002 someguy had the goo cover tatooed on his leg and he got thurston to sign below and he was then going to get that tatooed too.

I don't think I'd ever get a tatoo for any reason.

ive wanted to get the sonic life cross for a while now, but theres always the feeling that i might regret it.

I got a washing machine that says sonic truth on my chest, most people think it's dumb but I really like it.

there are quite a few poters on here who have sonic tattoo's. i remember seeing a pictute posted by someone of his "a thousand leaves" tattoo, guitarpro your is really kool.

ive considered getting a sonic youth tattoo ever since i saw shentov's (which is awesome!). but im only 17 and i have no idea if i will even like sonic youth when im 30, i guess thats the gamble.

this is the one that shentov's got, and that i am considering getting on my hip bone / abdomen.

im thinking of getting an Elliott Smith tattoo too, i'd love the bull 'ferdnand' smelling the flowers like he had. but i think i'd regret it. im probly just going to get 'Elliott' tatooed on my wrist.

As for tat's I too was gonna get the soul pic. I probably will do in a few weeks time. Sure I may not like them when I 'm 30 but as long as I remember what they did for me at the time that's all that matters.

i turn 18 in october so i was going to get them done then, at modern body art in birmingham, i do want to get shentov's (my internet husbands) permission first, as he has that same tattoo and i dont want him to feel copied or something.

Until I realised you meant where abouts on me body was I gonna get it, what's that I hear a chorus of "dumbass"?. Well the only place I can get it that's big enough is on my chest. My arms a way too weedy to handly such a cool pic.

I suppose I could but it seems like a pic that has to be pretty big to appreciate it. I'd have it roughly the same size as the pic in the evol booklet.

I just got 2 new tattoos but nothing SY related but the SY life cross is coming next. I gotta get some cash together first but I will have it before they play Vegaas.
