How about one for 'Q&A', where people can ask any question and hopefully get an answer off someone? You could have one for each section.

It also might be a good idea to sticky threads like this one, at least temporarily, so thet everyone sees them.

I think maybe for the sake of aesthetics, and being able to see the other threads easily, four or five should be the maximum number of sticky threads in any section.

p'haps there should be a thread called 'post your heart or die', where sy fans ask agony aunt kim about matters of the heart or such things

A "HSBC Commercial" thread and a "U2 Ripped Off Sonic Youth" thread are most definitely necessary.

Hello chabib...how about ancient threads such as Nerdosquare's "Retro album covers" ?

Stickied threads mess me up. It's like a seperate room. I just want to look up at the top to see the new posts. W/ stickies I have to look at the top of the stickies then look down to get to the top of the unstickies. Multiply that by 4 times and I get confused. I get confused real easy and then I get headaches. And aspirins don't help because they themselves give me headaches.
