Ex-Cocaine, though they only have like two releases out I believe. Their LP and a split 7" with...shit I forgot, I want to say Family Underground but I could be wrong. Anyways, both under appreciated I think.

i heard some stuff about 5 years ago i loved and proceeded to download a bunch of their albums and hated them!! of course, the first album i heard was "eskimo" and if you're familiar with that album....... yeah. not a good starting point. i recently got a lot of their *good* albums, though, and man.. they're a really good band afterall! |
The Residents are the backbone of most of the SF scenes, can't make an avant garde album without name-checking 'em.

Good shit. :) |
None. I haven't bought any music in so long. :(
I downloaded This Song Is A Mess But So Am I's last CD that they didn't release (only available for download). It is pretty good. But that is all I have. I don't know if I am loving it. |
Why not?
|
I'm broke, and the stuff that I want is only available to me online which makes the whole thing discouraging because I'd rather buy a bunch of stuff at once and save on shipping. So usually when I do get money, I'd end up spending it before I can save enough to buy anything online.
|
Shipping is a pain in the arse due to the cost. It cost me $20 or so to order some vinyl and cds the other week. Worth it though.
|
I usually just buy enough at once from Amazon and order free shipping.
