I was checking train tickets and it would cost me like 200 bucks. None of my friends would want to do a road trip because they're not cool.

Super-excited for this show, first time seeing Sonic Youth. Hope the sound is good, and hope they play Teen Age Riot.

In my old age I find myself going to shows and whatnot alone all the time! None of my friends could care nor will they ever. They're all suburban moms in the Killers, No Doubt, American Idol camp or pop metal heads going to Def Leppard reunion shows or gay men looking to shake their ass at the disco with a constant flow of cocktails. <sigh>

They all think I'm fucked up and that's the way I like it!
