So, so good.

But from my day at the record store:

Phlegmscope 08.30.2008 07:08 PM

High On Fire - The Art of Self Defence LP+7"
Fuck Buttons - Street Horrrsing 2LP

Norma J 08.31.2008 02:51 AM

The Saints Live in Brisbane '74 - $5 (Score!)

Been listening to alot of downloaded stuff and stuff from friends though (trying to save pennies and just want more and more music that's not realistic for me to purchase all of) like:

Firekites
Postal Service
Vetiver
Yeasayer
Two Gallants

etc etc

MellySingsDoom 08.31.2008 02:56 AM

Asva - "What You Don't Know Is Frontier". Very, very good indeed.

not to say that it isn't good because i am listening to it right now. but. nevermind.

acousticrock87 08.31.2008 02:51 PM

Cat Power - The Greatest
Primus - Pork Soda
John Mayer - Where The Light Is Live in Los Angeles

I've been pretty worn out on underground music lately. Pop is where it's at today.

Haha I bought it when I was like 19, but my mom would not have picked that up for me. I don't even think she'd do it now.

fugazifan 08.31.2008 07:58 PM

i have not bought cds in months. but i dj'd on friday and got 100 shekels, roughly 33 bucks. i went to the crappy but popular local record store knowing that i wont find anything. but them i found
stereolab-cobra.....for about 4.5$, new
and the electric prunes two cd set for about 12$ instead of the usual 30 that it usually costs

Pookie 09.02.2008 07:31 AM

Mr & Mrs Beck's first album from 1969.

blunderbuss 09.02.2008 07:37 AM

A cheap Bill Haley compilation.

Pookie 09.02.2008 07:38 AM

Cheap in price or quality? Or both?

blunderbuss 09.02.2008 07:39 AM

Price. The sleeve is pretty cheap quality too, but the music is classic.

noisereductions 09.02.2008 08:09 AM

Rob, I'm totally jealous of both of those acquisitions. For different reasons obviously. But still. Awesome.
