tofu is tofu. it's like the consistancy of a wet cake, or set pudding if it's silken tofu.

Actually I havent eaten tofu in over a month, as it was the last thing I ate before I had massive vomiting/ week long stomach pains. I'm tainted for now.

it is kind of spongey. but mozz is only a little more firm.
