lush were ....ok, i don't really like them or slowdive or any of those bands because they all made boring shit and it sounded really soft and candy-ass compared to mbv. ride are the least offensive of the other bands.

Pearl Jam don't suck nearly as much as most people will tell you.

they used to be my favorite band. i cant stand them anymore. but they do have some great stuff, vitology and no code are amazing. yield and binaural are pretty great as well.
their fans can be annoying though, even though i am pretty active in two pearl jam internet forums
