Glek and Glok, i've only listened to Glek so far but i like pretty much everything these guys do and this is similar to the Glak, Glik and Gluk releases if you've heard them.

I was invited to a pretty big halloween party today, but a few minutes ago I received a call if I wanna hang out with a ladyfriend of mine. and I will, so if that takes the whole evening I wont go to that party and if its shorter maybe I will. and its snowing here like hell, so the waether plays a role too :)
and tomorrow I will meet my best ladyfreind (the sister of the other one, hahaha) after her coming back from her sweden trip where she met her boyfriend for 2 weeks, and wasnt sure about if its worth all the trouble etc. but it went pretty well for her, I already knew from some phonecalls, so no surprises :)

I am no that good at costuemes, I got some ripped up brown bus driver pant, plus a white button down shirt and a hockey mask so far, and litres of artificial blood!
pretty lame :)

and yes, I wanted to ask her, but I dont think she wants to go, because she had a really hard time last two weeks, but that could also be a reason that she will :)

I too have a cold, but no matter, I'm still going out tonight to the big ATP show up here, and will doubtlessly get monged out on cold medication and booze. :D

Apparently there's a prize for dressing up at said gig, but I'm far too lazy for that.

thats pretty tricky, the RAF times are more in the memory of the 40+ generation in germany, the youngsters here know the logo but almost all havent heard about what the RAF was etc.
its like everywhere degenerated youth, hahaha

yeah gas masks are great looking. a friend of mine still got one, the problem is the breathing, but when you put out the ABC filter you can breathe like normal wearing these, but its still pretty hot

al shab - I see that a film is coming out about the RAF (feat. Daniel Bruhl and others) - have you heard about it (or seen it?)

Nefeli - I imagine you to be dressing up like a pale vampire, all cloak and black clothes...but the gas mask look could be good as well.

I went to Le Furet Du Nord (which is basically a smaller Fnac/Virgin Megastore, but they've got a pretty impressing CD collection), I wanted to buy Clark's Turning Dragon, Atlas Sound's album and Deerhunter's new album.
They did not have the Deerhunter album yet, so obviously I didn't get it, but I was actually pretty stoked to see that they had the Women album. So, I bought it, as you all recommanded it to me. I think it must be the first time that I bought a CD recommanded by someone on here without listening to it at least twice on my computer, you guys can be proud :D

let me know what you think of it, I LOVE it, definately in the top 5 of 2008 I think. and I totally adore the cover

I highly recommand you Oneida on Jagjaguwar, but you probably already know them. Preteen Weaponry is one of the best albums of 2008 in my opinion. It reminded me of Drum's Not Dead

Yeah Oneida are great. I have much respect for Jagjaguwar but don't know a lot of bands on it. Pterodactyl are rather cool but nothing great.

But Oneida really is fantastic. Secret Wars, Preteen Weaponry and Each One Teach One are my favorite records by them
