oh damn damn damn you're making me hungreeeeeee!!!!
i've just eaten watermelon. and it was delicious and all but... the imaginary smell of turkey sausage and those onions and greens.... YUMM |
oh i want watermelon. a little sprinkle of salt... ahhh.
|
sorry, none left.
after reading about your omelet i went and ate the rest, ha ha |
My diet has changed quite a bit since i moved in with my girlfriend. Dinners now included chicken that was made IN THE OVEN, a lot more brown rice, quinoa, aspargus, a lot more fish, salads, n other healthy shit too. Its reslly nice.
But right now i had some leftover fried rice. |

that looks delicious, oh man. what's all in there?

from the look of it: farmer's cheese, tomato or red bell pepper, bit of basil, olive oil, black olives?, red onions, another herb i can't identify from the distance (looks like dill) and something that looks thin/transparent like a parchment paper -- "farmer's cheese" is just my broad english word for some sort of unripened cheese like queso fresco-- though the definition and actual products vary widely-- could be feta as well im suspecting that's it because notice how it holds its shape instead of melting even in the parts where it turns gold |
hm. i think i have all that, too. if i weren't lazy from the heat.

just make the same without putting in the oven. the onion can be pre-washed then marinated in a bit of vinegar/oil easy |
Last night. Red peppers stuffed with quinoa. Mmm grap tomatoes, corn, black beans, pepper jack cheese, and feta cheese...delicious.
|
oh that sounds delicious. i'll eat anything stuffed in a pepper.
i was out most of the day, then i came home and made a salad with spring mix/quinoa/peppers/jalapenos/red onion. tossed with some feta cheese and vinegar. it's not much but it's good. |
mang. i ate a soon-to-expire buffalo jerky for breakfast. then i had a whey shake. then i had more jerky. then i ate 1/2 a piña. tasty piña but without my accomplice i don't bother cooking much.
piña is good though |
i sort of scalded the roof of my mouth the other day so eating pineapple is currently painful. tried this morning and yeesh. the jalapenos i just ate didn't help.
buffalo jerky is awesome |
it would have been but this was mixed with cranberry so it was like a fat-free pemmican (real pemmican not the brand). good ingredients just spongy texture and too much sugar for jerky proper.
owww! mouth... wha's good for that...rinse with saltwater? |
just had a salmon burger (not that great but it nourishes me)
and sautéed broccoli with olive oil and soy sauce and last i ate 1/4 of a pineapple maybe i'll need green tea soon |
Had the best Cuban pork panini for lunch. Damn.

yeah, i rinse with a cup of warm water/salt/cayenne pepper/garlic. makes my breath awful but it helps the pain. i cut up an avocado (surprise surprise; they're on sale) and put some pico de gallo in there. then had a bowl of pasta with pesto sauce and chicken. i'm still hungry. |
went to the supermarket. w00t!
i got blueberries. i got raspberries. i got ripe avocados and red juicy tomatos. i got green onions. i got bright-red, mustardy-tasting radishes. i got a red cabbage. i got watercress! i got a pound of grass-fed beef, which should go somewhere. for lunch i ate another salmonburger, an avocado with salt in its own skin, a couple of hot hot radishes, 2 exploding tomatos with sprinkled cumin. real easy, real lazy, i didn't want to cook/clean. now i need some piña! |
ooh, i love radishes. that's a good haul.
lunch today was fried rice with egg, pepper, jalapenos, soy chicken, onion, cilantro, cumin, tons of oyster sauce. it came out great. |
