finding nobody 07.12.2006 03:13 PM

hey dude. i watched this italian movie once in history class called 'it's a wonderful life'
have you ever seen it? i think that's what it was called
it was about a family that was taken to a nazi concentration camp, and the dad made his son think that the camp was a contest and the winner got a tank

nicfit 07.12.2006 03:19 PM

yeah, i saw that, with roberto benigni,he won an oscar for it....quite moving and entertaing,a strange but effective mix, imo.

Tokolosh 07.12.2006 05:10 PM

That's a beautiful movie. Not the idea of the camps, but the way Benigni brings it over. Heartbreaking end with a future for his kid.
Amazing! Benigni's roles in Down by law and night on earth were really funny.
Sheep sex and I scream, you scream, we all scream for icecream! Ha! hilarious.

Not even 'Big boobs daily' manages that many.Mind you,if you calculate that about 40.000 of those eyes were set on Saturnine's body i think it makes a bit more sense.

Massenvernichtungswaffen 07.13.2006 09:45 AM

wow that came out really dark.

nicfit 07.13.2006 10:21 AM

^^^pirates of the carribean part 2?? he he,nice pic,you look worried.
porkie (may i call you porkie?) considering an average of 2 eyes per viewer we get a whoping total of 97.448 eyes and counting.

Massenvernichtungswaffen 07.13.2006 10:30 AM

Nah, I think humans are just inquisitive by nature and are interested in knowing who they share their hours on the board with.

gmku 07.13.2006 11:40 AM

Yeah, it's reassuring to see that most of us look fairly abnormal.

You'd have that look on your face too if you could see what we're looking at.

Hip Priest 07.14.2006 06:48 AM

That's a nice shot.

And that is?...

Hip Priest 07.14.2006 06:50 AM

A dead jellyfish floating on an oil slick?

A discarded tray of chips?

Someone wearing a Foo Fighters t-shirt?

Who knows?

Some big boys had just taken our beach ball and they wouldn't give it back.

That's crying out for a sarcastic reply.

But I haven't a wit to match yours, so: yes she is my daughter.

Why?I actually thought it was a lovely picture.Sarcasm isn't doing me any favours on this board lately.Priesthood is asking me to join the ranks if i'm prepared to get rid of gay threads and my own homosexuality.

Sarcasm is underrated.

Thanks for saying it was a lovely picture.

porkmarras 07.14.2006 07:35 AM

Here's one of me taken recently.Very recently.

Hip Priest 07.14.2006 07:45 AM

I don't do things like parties, but I've always fancied going to a fancy dress party as a vicar and then pretending that I really am a vicar, and that I'm deeply embarrassed because I didn't know it was meant to be fancy dress. See if I could pull it off.

Seems rather silly, now that I've typed it out.

Pookie: I do hope you got that ball back. I love beaches when it's not summer. Just you and the wildlife.
