i love marlboros because they're a no bullshit cigarette. they hit hard, they taste like a cigarette. when i want a cigarette, i want a cigarette, not a fucking mint (i like newports though because they still taste like a cigarette even though theyre menthol).
|
As far as newport.....I feel the same. Those are the only menthols cigs I can smoke.
|
they're good. i can't smoke em all the time though.
alright kids i gotta go. |
i used to smoke rollies and players here in canada but i quit, best thing i ever did so i dont bother with them anymore.
|
Anyone who smokes a cigar in public or in mixed company is an asshole.

You're lucky you don't run into MacDonalds, the Quebec brand. They taste like you're smoking paper, and they're $5 for 25. It's gross stuff, but it seems that's pretty much all people smoke around here |
![]() the makers of bugler have really done an outstanding job of simulating the flavor of stale piss. why i thought to buy six ounces of it is beyond me... |

as opposed to cig smokers? |

Curious.
what exactly is "mixed" company? I love cigars, but only smoke them outside, or in cigar bars or at my cigar store where there is a nice lounge in the back with good magazines and coffee. |

they are also full of additives, but comparing them to menthols is like comparing burgers to slim jims now if you wanna compare decent cigs, camel filters taste better, and straight american spirits have teh same punch without the additive that burns marlboros in 30 seconds. but yeah i'll smoke them. ha! wow! categorical statements for mr clone! he used to be king of the understatement, but he's probably lost hope for us. you mean smoke cigars around people who don't want to smoke-- well sure-- that's just fucking rude. i reserve the term "asshole" for drivers who talk on their cellphone while endangering everyone else's life. i'd shoot them personally, but they are millions. better to wait until they naturally self-destruct. |
Smoking kills.

so does fucking (sometimes)

Did you think that way *before* driving while using a cell phone was forbidden? Or does your morality automatically stick to the law? |

"The tobacco companies have spent a fortune trying to persuade people that smoking is sexy, macho and cool, but an impotence warning would bring home the sad and embarrassing reality". |
The British Medical Association says up to 120,000 British men in their thirties and forties are impotent because they smoke.
|
this is all true.
everything kills. |
It may be different for other countries, but for 120,000 British men in their thirties and forties, it's clear their decision to smoke was a bad one.

Does knox smoke? She looks the type that does.

maybe, in a country with 16 plus % unemployment, having a few hundred thou men not procreating is a good thing? |

law? what law? here even cops talk while driving. but since you ask, i've thought that way since i first encountered the fuckwads who would take 45 seconds to turn a simple corner, or would almost run me or someone else over, or would fucking veer off their lane without a signal or without noticing it themselves, or could not get out of their fucking parking space, or who would completely fail to react to a road hazard and cause an accident because they were sucking on a big plastic microwave-radiating cock. now, as for driving texters... die, motherfuckers, die! (but don't kill anybody else in the process) seriously, motherfuckers. as for the "morality" of my condemnation, take away the hyperbole (i like to exaggerate on the interwebs), and it's the simple animal behavior principle than when you're an irresponsible cunt who puts others in danger with no regard for anything but your narcissistic needs, the herd/tribe/gang needs to give you a good clubbing. i'm using the impersonal "you" here by the way, i don't even know if you drive or what. |

Plus 106,000 people in the UK die each year due to smoking. So I can see where you're coming from. Smoking should be encouraged to reduce the population. I mean, the only people who are dying are the idiots who ignored the warnings on the packets anyway. Less stupid people. :D |
Pfffffff people who's driving is affected from using their cells are just plain nubs.
|
driving and talking omn a cell impairs reflex and concentration just as if you were drinking and driving. multiple studies have shown this.
get off the fucking phone! |

How many die of lung cancer who ne vr smoked in their lives? Lots man. everything can kill you. hell, if you drink too much water your blood becomes over hydrated and impairs the ability to absorb and pass along oxygen which can and does kill. even something as necessay as water is toxic and can kill in large amounts. |

smoking is interesting, got back into it in belgrade when i noticed cigarettes were $1.50 or something and since i was outside all the day i managed to smoke about 3 packs a day for a few days, when i boucned it was then about a pack and a half for 4 months or something like that and now i think i probably smoke about 2 cigarettes a week, if i manage to pick up a temporary construction job in the next few weeks i would like to be able to chainsmoke during work

cigarrettes and tobacco in general are the scapegoat for a lot of people.
More people in this country die from either health complications of alcohol consumption or stupidity following alcohol consumption. and lately, more people are dying from disease caused by a steady diet iof processed food. people who only eat fast food, drink only sodas, etc., are flodding the healthcare system with disesed bodies. kidney failure, and dialysis treatments, are rising exponentially and they are not due to cigarrettes. while the usa govt. "forces" cig makers to advertise public service ads decrying tobacco and asking people not to smoke, they also give massive kickbacks and tax breaks to the same tobbacco companies to increase their market share in developing nations in south america, asia, and africa, where the smoking rate has increased every year. it is a hypocritical system, and only serves to maintain the tobacco companies $$$ (and the massive $$$ contributions those companies give to both political parties) while pretending to be doing "good" for the people of the usa. It is LEGAL to buy tobacco. It is LEGAL to smoke tobacco. Yet it is hammered into children's impressionable minds that cigs are evil.l that smokers are BAD PEOPLE, that one should disrespect one's parents if they chose to have a smoke. the human mind can only take so much bullshit before it compartmentaliezes itself into schizophrenia. |
Once I was smoking in a public place, and a kid passed by, like 10 meters away: when she saw me, she frowned and waved her hand like she was super annoyed by the smoke...
Repeat the same thing over and over, and some people will believe it. |
I firmly believe that the lung cancer rate has shot up because of pollutants and chemicals in our atmosphere and in our homes, and that it is easier for politicians to blame an obvious target like tobacco instead of getting big $$$ multinational companies to clean up their act.
for every personal car that pollutes there is a coporate truck that runs 24/7 that eats up massive fuel and pollutes much more than any sedan. |
I don't know what causes lung cancer.
Tobacco is the scapegoat of public health, that's pretty obvious. You know CO isn't bad for your health: no one talk about that. Thus it is provided for free and in abondance in every big cities (but don't breathe it too much, or you'll die quickly- at least you won't have a lung cancer) |
I quit smoking....it's been 6 days.
I'm a sellout, I know. |
