SY-wise I love my Kali Yug 10" and my debut EP on Neutral.

I'm still looking for (Over)Kill yr Idols 7" :)

noisereductions 08.23.2009 04:17 PM

where'd you find Kali Yug?

barry swedgin 08.23.2009 04:21 PM

eBay - cost me about 40 Euros. I love it. Srsly.

kierkegaarden 08.23.2009 07:41 PM

Slap Happy Humphrey - Chihei-Sen 7"
Taylor Bow - Hate Fuck 7"

Les Rallizes Denudes - High or Die LP
The Goslings - Between the Dead LP

I also have Catherine Ribeiro's discography, including 45s, with Alpes as well as solo.

None of this probably counts as rare in the same way as most of the other stuff here, but-

-A 1-track 8 song CD compiled by Charles Patterson for his Screaming Life book

-Wax, 13 Unlucky Numbers

-A copy of Ritual de lo Habitual by Jane's Addiction with the "First Amendment" cover

-a 3 CD and DVD set of early electronic music

Jesus, it was hard enough for me to find their first album in vinyl at a reasonable price. I can't even find that one on eBay.

Satan 08.23.2009 10:03 PM

hole - retard girl 7" (1st pressing white vinyl) bought directly from john because i couldnt find any on ebay)

beatles - yesterday and today (third state/peeled) got it for a few hundred bucks, third state w/ the sticker peeled off arent actually worth that much money particularly if theyre not in great condition. ordinarily i would never ever spend so much on a record but i consider myself to be a record collector and i think its something that everyone who loves the beatles and also collects vinyl should have.

I guess my QOTSA/Kyuss split and Queens first album on first print cd(yeah, that costs a shitload now for some reason).

true!

still looking for the bakesale LP.

The Earl Of Slander 08.25.2009 06:59 AM

It would probably be Globe Unity Orchestra featuring Anthony Braxton - Pearls, on vinyl. No idea what it's actually worth, but it's pretty rare I'm sure. Never issued on CD at least. Oh, and it's fantastic. I'll do an upload at some point, when I actually get my cables fixed.

Me the same. I already have the Overkiller, but only without the cover.

I still to this day think III is a mess of a record and is in no way the masterpiece some claim it to be.

Bakesale is my favorite, followed closely by Bubble and Scrape, then The Sebadoh, which I think is really underrated, if nothing special. Harmacy is great but has too much on it.

I have no idea how rare (or rare at all) these are:

Boardoms - Vision Creation Newsome Remix 10"
signed by Yoshimi
could never find out anything about it. Multicoloured vinyl, one side yellew one side pink ???

Bardo Pond/Buck Paco split 10"
lost the inlay with number of prints on it

Neubauten - Yu gung/Seele Brennt 10"
1st pressing

EDIT: all of those are actually 12". Got up too early today
