My brother is a sex and health issues counselor in Austin and the SHEER IGNORANCE of some of the 13-18 year olds he talks to is unbearable to hear about. 18 year old kids that have no idea the processes of pregnancy, that do not understand what semen is, or that think that having anal sex means they won;t get aids or other STD's.

Hundreds of teen girl make babies each year in industrialized countries, nobody cared until now ( I mean, not the TV and Internet ).

own many times does this have to happen, until governments and society realize that kids need to have proepr sexual education since first grade?

at least that girl is old enough to know what she's doing, she clearly don't.
that's why they need to start learning earlier, it's the only way to assure that by the time their bodies start changing and their sexual minds start developing, they know what is happening, why is it happening and how to deal with it.

TONS of people care, and work very hard wit very little financial or eomotional supprt from the government, schools or parents to try and reach kids and teach them. TV has been talking about tee pregnancies and the harm that it causes not the parents, but the children who are raised by essentially children, all the fucking time.

DNA tests have revealed that a 13-year-old British boy who claimed to have fathered a child with his 15-year-old girlfriend was not the dad, according to a court judgement made public Monday.

Claims that baby-faced schoolboy Alfie Patten made Chantelle Steadman pregnant when he was aged just 12 triggered national soul-searching about Britain's high level of teenage pregnancies. But the story, reported in February just days after the birth, sparked claims from other boys who lived nearby that they could also be the father and social workers organised a DNA test. The results, revealed in a high court judgement last month which was only made public Monday, showed the father was 15-year-old Tyler Barker, who lived on the same housing estate as Steadman in Eastbourne in southern England.

Patten had admitted to the Sun newspaper that he had not thought about how he and his girlfriend would support baby daughter Maisie Roxanne, who was born on February 9, but said: "I will be good though, and care for it."

The four-foot (1.22-metre) schoolboy was "extremely distressed" when he was told in March that he was not the father, the court judgement revealed.
