''Most outstanding vinyl-worthy demo CDR from the UK in forever...Year of the Lips! '' DJ Rick http://artforspastics.blogspot.com/2...es-winner.html |

--- greedex: i thought so too. |
Did a leadbelly cover a few years ago, and found it recently. An old hidden gem. I'm guessing by what forum I'm on right now which song it is. haha.
anyways, posted it on my bands page www.myspace.com/rememberthatband holla whatchu think! word |
I'm looking for bandmates... *sigh*
I wrote this song after My Bloody Valentine raped my brain at Roskilde last summer. What an amazing show. http://www.parallelmirrors.com/audio/demo01.mp3 |
I formed a band with one of my buds in 2007. We haven't really produced much yet apart from a few experimental sound excerpts and one or two full length tracks. www.myspace.com/kellerpassion
Also, check out my solo project. The link is within my signature |
DeadDiscoDildo - Am listening to yr Leadbelly cover at the moment, and it's nice. Good work there :) Like the vox, and the mix of gtrs also.

well not really, but i contribute guitar to my friend's solo thing sometimes, and i'm in a polish church band, hahaha, i play the bass in it.
|
It's not really a band, but I'm in a novelty rap group. I might post the myspace later or something.

I posted some stuff I created using Microsoft Songsmith on my MySpace page: http://www.myspace.com/stevokmusic

Not sure if you guys will like this or not, but it's my band at a show we played last month. It was an improv jam we did and our drunk friend got on stage and started well....making an ass of himself on the mic :-P but its fun
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_o4HZGPs3Eg&NR=1 But this is just a 3 piece usually, and we do more organized songs. |
some new stuff

This has quite a garage punk vibe to it - the very first thing that came to mind was The Cramps, what with the prirnal drumming, gtr racket and yelling. Pretty enjoyable, really :) |
Thanks, I was quite nervous about showing it!
yeah it was funny, because I think u've heard my band, Id say we're more indie pop but Im glad we got to show this side of us. My drummer quit a pretty well known hardcore punk band to join our group, and my bass player can do anything. So it was fun to just kind of go nuts.... that jam was like 8 minutes long I think, actually one of my friends thought we were covering vamos at first! glad u dug it! Maybe it's a sign for a new direction, or at least....something to fuck with at shows.... |
