She's on drugs, look at her eyes.

100% natural trance... all it takes is concentration and mindexpanding music

Toilet & Bowels 08.09.2006 07:02 AM

i always forget about new age. still, dark ambient is equally rubbish. and to make it all you have to do is make a recording of any random sounds and slow them down to one sixth of their original speed. and you won't be able to tell the difference in terms of quality to any other dark ambient record.

porkmarras 08.09.2006 07:03 AM

One day somebody will have to explain to me what '100% natural trance'
actually means.

pokkeherrie 08.09.2006 07:06 AM

you must be working too hard, pork. you can't seem to find personal peace and harmony with nature in hectic london. this is what you need:

Toilet & Bowels 08.09.2006 07:06 AM

pokkeherrie 08.09.2006 07:07 AM

i don't know, i must be making things up i suppose.

That picture is by Aleister Crowley - yes, the Aleister Crowley, and it is the demon Choronzon on his lunch break. As you probably knew already.

what i want to know about that body & soul stuff is why it seems to appeal exclusively to females. maybe a girl from the board can illuminate the matter for me?

porkmarras 08.09.2006 08:33 AM

Dramatic periods?

Toilet & Bowels 08.09.2006 08:53 AM

yeah, but it's not like men don't ever feel the need to relax

Savage Clone 08.09.2006 09:28 AM

I'm relaxing right now.

Toilet & Bowels 08.09.2006 09:34 AM

i reckon the feng shui CD would be right up your street

alyasa 08.09.2006 11:05 AM

Wassup with all the pseudo-hippie-mystical-oriental-spiritual bullshit. Jim O' Rourke has been known to dabble in dark ambient, as is Richard James. And you can't deny illbient is intriguing(SYR 5). All of that shit isn't even really new age. That's like calling Limp Bizkit punk.

Savage Clone 08.09.2006 11:20 AM

I deny Illbient.
DENIED!
