I’ve seen the name, Expressway To Yo-Yo Dieting, a few times this year, but the rest of your list is foreign to my ears......I do enjoy having something new to discover!

They are reissues. Richard has a lot of good things for sale on Discogs. I like "Resurrection" quite a bit. The Baptist Skin Communiti tape was put out by Turgid Animal (Remember Mutant Ape?), I don't know much about them but I like it. They are another Houston group.
