Plynth! I have a plynth in my studio space at uni (known affectionately by all as plynthy) which is probably the most useless peice of furniture I have, particularly as I'm not not a sculptor.

Subversive and Haunting. Any peice of art or music which has been described as subversive and haunting, or indeed both, has never failed to be awesome.

Penal colony. People get thrown off when your say those words.

Since hearing Longmont Potion Castle use it many times for describing various things, it's been adopted into my regular-use lexicon.

"We should go out and get a nice big wad of pasta"
