Not true. Addicts will still be born. People drug habits will spiral. Traumatic events cause binges. Anything can happen. Meth mostly kills meth heads, though.

cocaine doesn't really do much for me. I have to take large quantities of it to really feel high, and even then, I get more high by taking a couple of good e's. Ketamine doesnt do much for me either.
