My opinion? I'm neither for or against him. I don't know much about him. I wanted to know why you hated him so much, and why that seems to be the general consenus.

I never said I was a fan of U2 either. But what I do know, is that I'd choose listneing to U2 over Nickleback or Puddle of Mud. Without a doubt. Them two bands are far worse.

i have to agree with Norma here, U2 are deff not as bad as nickelabck or POM.......really....look at every single thing U2 has done with music...compared to pickelsplat and POM....honestyly..with out trying to be cool :D

I don't even know any of U2's music. I'm sure I'd know them if I heard one though, but Jade has a jolly good point about that "FUCKIN HATES ME" song. Easily one of my most hated songs.

I despise Nickelback and PoM just as much, if not more than, anyone on this message board. My hatred for U2 is beyond words.

i just think bono is a massive dick. it's nice that he helps out the world, but he has this massive air of I AM GOD HEAR ME ROAR BITCHES that pisses of me off.

My mom stayed at the same hotel as Nickelback, she told them she had a son, and that he proboly didn't like the band.

hahaha that's awesome! My brother is a manager of a hotel and he met Mick Jagger and Sonic Youth. He claimed Kim had a sort of british accent (???) so I almost feel it's bull. He talked to them and said "Are you in a rock band?" and apparently kim said "Yeah, sonic youth" and he replied "Hmm, never heard of em, sorry".

He met Mick Jagger? That's fucking cool. Not as cool as meeting Keith Richards. But still cool nonetheless.
