One of my best friends was going through some shit at work/home last year and he got so stressed out that he would just lose his fucking mind and scream at people for no reason at all. I mean literally no reason at all. Dude flipped out at me cause he didn't like the way I put my shoes on once. He finally kinda admitted to himself just how fucked up he was acting towards everyone and sought help with a counselor and stuff. He's a lot better now, even though all the crap he was going through isn't really over. He's just way better at dealing with stuff now.
