Yeah, for the most part. That's probably why it's their best records. The next 2 records after that definitely scaled back whatever interesting things they were going towards, imho..

i thought that they recorded them both in the same sessions? which is why amnesiac came out so soon after kidA. might be wrong though.
I dont really ever listen to amnesiac, but kida is one of my favourite records ever. I enjoyed in rainbows too

I liked In Rainbows, except House of Cards. God, that song just sucks.


I am the other way around; I liked both Kid A and Amnesiac, but I like the latter better.

Haha , that's my least favourite too. Worst song by the band that I've heard. But I do love Radiohead.. just that album didn't cut it for me.

House of Cards isn't too terrible on the studio version, but it's really shitty live. Worst song off the album regardless.

Other than that, I think In Rainbows is Radiohead's third best album (keyword: ALBUM, as in, ACTUAL COHESIVENESS) after Kid A and OKC.

House of Cards sucks but PUNCHIN' DRUNK-UP DRUNK PUNCH-UP WEDDING PUNCH DRUNK WEDDING PUNCH DRUNK LOVE or whatever is probably my vote for "worst".
