Jeff Buckley - Lover, You Should Have Come Over

Last Night I Dreamed That Somebody Loved Me - The Smiths

Not sure if it is a love song per se, but it speaks of love. Grandly.

yeah Really, what can i say, The Power of Love by Frankie Goes to Hollywood, NOT the Huey Lewis song og the same name.

what can i say, it reminds me of a time when i was totally head over heels in love, it all ended, heart broken but everytime i hear it on the radio i have a little smile to myself remembering that little space of time.
i could of picked someother song like NIN - Hurt of some soppy alt song but the song i picked means most to me.

everybody knows lemmy kilmister writes the best love songs in the history of humanity, i mean: love me like a reptile? i wanna be your sister? eat the rich? orgasmatron? all tearjerkers.

all those plus living on the edge of a broken heart by vixen.

os mutantes - baby

Toilet & Bowels 06.09.2006 06:55 AM

yeah, i went, rita lee wasn't there but it was still great, they had another lady take rita lee's place and she was good. the only thing that i wasn't happy about was that they sang a lot of their songs in english instead of portuguese

That's one that i've missed and i regret it badly.I agree that when Os Mutantes sing in english they don't do it for me.I find that portuguese is a languange that suits them better in terms of pure musical lexicon.

Toilet & Bowels 06.09.2006 07:14 AM

yeah, aside from the english version of baby which i like as much as the portuguese version.
anyway, when i got there i found out there'd been a computer error when i booked my ticket and i had got one extra by mistake, they gave me a refund but i would have prefered the ticket find a good home. also, i was sitting infront of julia davis and the guy who was dan ashcroft in nathan barley.

rita lee used to be cute

but these days she looks affright
