I have that US-version, where No Queen Blues is on the end of b-side.

Hey Pelle, I've been getting into some vintage Swedish phsychedelic/early prog music. Do you ever see LPs by these groups at shops in your country for non-crazy prices?: Hansson & Karlsson, Parson Sound, Trad Gras Och Stenar, International Harvester, Harvester, Flasket Brinner, Kvartetten Som Sprängde, Arbete och Frittid, Kebnekaise (or Kebnekajse), Mecki Mark Men, etc... Any help would be appreciated, and I could try to help you find any US released stuff on your wantlist.

Pelle 02.06.2012 08:08 AM

Träd, Gräs och Stenar and Fläsket Brinner are bands I find pretty often.
Any specific release/s you're looking for? I could check the next time I go to a record store and grab em for ya if the prices are decent.

hirsute_biped 02.06.2012 09:05 PM

Actually, I would be interested in ANY and all vinyl releases from these bands as they were never issued here and very hard to find. (I guess except for Hemlosa Kattern and Live at Gardet 1970, both by Trad Gras och Stenar, newly issued and available from distributors here in the US). Thanks! Is there any US stuff you want that is hard to find in Sweden?

Alrighty!

Well, Tad - Infrared Riding Hood and Inhaler are two records that I never find in Sweden.
Also, anything by Melvins and early SY studioalbums are nearly impossible to find unless you don't order from the internet.

hirsute_biped 02.07.2012 04:21 PM

Hmm, I havn't looked for Tad, and Melvins LPs are usually pretty expensive ($50+), but sometimes deals can be found. Which early SY albums do you need? I used to almost never see them but in the last few years I've seen them much more often, especially EVOL for some reason. EVOL seems to usually go for around $20-25. I will keep an eye out.

Alright, well look for Tad. Would be awesome.

About SY, EVOL is one of the first I got so I don't need that one.
But S/t, CIS, BMR, Sister.. them.

Cool, I'll look for those. I also see "Made in the USA" soundtrack sometimes, but opinions are divided on that album, and I'm not sure where you stand. Would you want that one?

other than Trad Gras och Stenar and Flasket Brinner, these are LPs I am pretty interested in at the moment:
