The guy is actually a tragic sight (Mourinho not Tesla. Although Tesla does cut it sometimes). He desperately needs to take a bloody long holiday, get some therapy, smell the roses a bit.

Imagine being a player under him. It'd be like seeing your friends having a great time with their dads. They go to the park, get taken swimming and all that, a real good relationship and they love their dads. Meanwhile you're left looking at your dad getting more miserable with every drink, making constant digs and panicking when he's next gonna snap.

Bhahahaha

I see. A pity to see him at the end.of his run. Will he start to go bald now at last?

This link is unrelated to discussion but i think its a nice piece, because it's about Griffin Park, home to my local team and the place where I have my first memory of attending a match, which is referenced here in the 1992 game against Swindon with Glenn Hoddle as manager.
The old place is going to be knocked down soon and a new, state of the art stadium is opening. It's the right time to do it for Brentford, responsible owners who have a sense of purpose and arent the types to sell it down the river like Coventry, Charlton or other unfortunate clubs.
I'll be sad to see the place go, but my friend who's been a season ticket holder for about 2 decades is positive.

The weight off my shoulders knowing that Ashley Williams have FINALLY left Everton is indescribable. God what a waste of space he was.

h8kurdt 08.05.2018 08:17 AM

And the football arguments start again. Had a nice 3 weeks away from it all though!

My fault for rising to it I guess.

who... what... eh??

i read the griffin park piece the other day. was very nice! left a good feeling of, i don’t know, wholesomeness or something, and i’m not saying this in any kind of cynical way.

so a week from now liverpool vs. west jamón? i think i wanna see that one.

bundesliga wont start till the 24 ha ha ha.

h8kurdt 08.05.2018 11:06 AM

Ah, it was relating to a player Jack Grealish who plays for Aston Villa in the championship. Spurs are supposedly looking at signing him. Basically a long-winded discussion in which obviously I was right and he was wrong.

oh! that... well...

no idea. :D

west’s ham

i could follow that

so, man city v. arsenal also on sunday!

surely that’s the “big” game of that matchday?

Fuck yeah. Not optimistic about the result but excited to see how Pellegrini lines us up, etc. And just psyched for the season to start.

Is your TV coverage sorted out?

im getting nbc sports online but not sure what will air there

gotta wait and see... hoping they will not cancel prem games over some nascar shit...

but maybe online they have all. i’ll have to wait for the weekend!

and you got pellegrini?

daaamn. that’s an improvement over past years, no?

demonrail666 08.05.2018 01:43 PM

Yeah frankly amazed we got Pellegrini, and the owners are actually backing him up with real transfer funds. Certainly too early to get carried away but things do seem to be moving in a better direction.

Everton's the weird one. A new manager so you'd expect a lot of changes but only Richarlson and a Left Back brought in so far. And is Tosun basically their long-term replacement for Lukaku?!? Something not right there.

!@#$%! 08.05.2018 08:03 PM

from a business perspective they probably realized they had to shit or get off the pot

international football is the new gold rush, the prem is california, you’ve already got a prime spot in whatever stream you got: only an imbecile lets that chance slip between their fingers

this shit is happening. don’t know if it’s the tv deal but i can sense it—it’s reached critical mass now. not just players but also managers.

i mean who the fuck fires conte.

it’s the top of the pyramid, clearly

increasing the price of sandwiches (“the four year plan”) is not gonna cut it.

congrats, seriously.

demonrail666 08.06.2018 06:27 AM

Looks like Conte was angling for the sack as early as the beginning of last season, when he discovered that Abramovich isn't spending like he used to. Meanwhile he walks away with an alleged £10m golden handshake and his reputation intact. Nice work if you can get it.

h8kurdt 08.06.2018 04:29 PM

After the last couple of signings maybe, just maybe, maybe Everton will be ok.

Still be fucked if they don't sign a CB though Oh symbols, gonna be great when you can see what the fuck me and Demo are moaning about all season.

ha ha ha yes

i'm looking forward to that

e.g., this "ashley williams" you speak of

no worries, i'll catch up...

Oh you don't have to worry about him anymore. He's gone to a better place. A place a league below.

demonrail666 08.07.2018 05:31 AM

Looks like Everton have landed that Bernard fella. I don't know much about him but I know West Ham were looking at him, and Inter apparently. Looks like a good bit of business for Silva.

West Ham now looking at Carlos Sanchez. I'll support him if he comes but, after the Colombia game, I'd hardly call myself a fan. A side of me would actually prefer hating him at another team than trying to accept him at West Ham. Although I'm sure all will be forgiven when he scores the winner against Spurs. ;)

ha ha ha

how soon would it all be forgiven

so, re:mina, looks like man u wants to pay up TODAY

demonrail666 08.07.2018 11:34 AM

It's happened before where WH have signed a player I couldn't stand. I'll cheer if they score but I rarely warm to them, and needless to say they get zero slack if they start fucking up. If he comes he comes but I wouldn't be the least bit bothered if it all falls through.

Anyway, he's a Colombian who came back from a WC where he got sent off in one game and conceded a penalty in another. Shouldn't someone have assassinated him by now?

!@#$%! 08.07.2018 11:50 AM

haaa haaa haaa

possibly, but it’s much more peaceful country these days.

(or maybe he just didn’t go back home afterwards, lol)

i don’t have a lot of memories of him tbh. except disappointment looking at his little icon in my fantasy team.

mina though... well...

speaking of this stuff, i gotta check out who is getting transfered in & out of bundesliga. the last bayern newsletter was not too exciting about any great names...

!@#$%! 08.07.2018 11:55 AM

whoa, sokratis is leaving dortmund for arsenal. fuck!!

dortmund is bringing in the belgian axel witsel instead, from china. and a dane... who didn’t play in the world cup? dunno...

schurrle to fulham! batshuayi going back to chelsea!

fml

i feel like a rat fleeing a shinking ship

!@#$%! 08.07.2018 12:01 PM

as for bayern:

douglas costa sold to juve after the loan period
renato sanches back from england (will they keep him?)
VIDAL TO BARCELONA. oy!!

rummenige “hints at more midfield departures”

dannnggg...

(ok, apparently there are too many midfielders, which is true...)

but i don’t hear of any new/exciting arrivals. which is troubling for a big club like that.

God knows what's happening with that. Everton were close to getting him for ages. Utd started sniffing around but for some reason they're not getting it done.

For Barcelona to get 20 million profit from a player who played for them just 6 times is pretty impressive doing it must be said.

h8kurdt 08.09.2018 11:16 AM

How many players refused a move to Man Utd this window?!

!@#$%! 08.09.2018 11:21 AM

did boateng just refuse? cuz i was coming here to say they wanted boateng (psg also wants boateng)

holy shit you got mina. congrats.

lolol transfer window cray

h8kurdt 08.09.2018 11:29 AM

Yeah, I'm VERY cautious about the signings Everton have made. Refusing to get excited yet.

!@#$%! 08.09.2018 11:47 AM

i dont know mina tons but per the world cup he was solid defender and setpiece goalscorer, and barcelona would not have imported him if he sucked.

oh, looking at his page now, he was already in palmeiras when barça got. so, he’s got a solid record (sorry i posted something wrong here).

ps- yes he scored 6 goals for palmeiras in... gotta figure out how long, weird start/end times. ok it was about a year of play, 28 games, more than a year but not really as he was injured a while.

6 goals in 28 games for a centerback not shabby at all.

playing for colombia: 6 goals in 15 games haa haa haa. *as a centerback*

you’re allowed to be at least a little bit excited...

h8kurdt 08.09.2018 11:53 AM

My worry is his pace. Can't imagine him being the quickest of players. However, if we're winning games 4-3 I'll take that:D

However! Think West Ham did the best business the window. Suspect they're gonna get in the top 6 this season.

demonrail666 08.09.2018 04:19 PM

It's been a decent window but we're still miles behind even the worst of the top 6. Tbh, given the past couple of seasons I'll be more than happy with a drama-free mid-table finish. Even my most idealistic longterm hopes are that we eventually become a consistent force in that tier just below the top 6 with some seasons even stretching to Europa qualification. But a consistent 7th-8th finish with the odd cup run is about the maximum a club like West Ham can realistically aspire to.

!@#$%! 08.09.2018 04:27 PM

i googled yerry mina speed and i dont think you have anything to fear

shaqiri went to liverpool?

oh....

demonrail666 08.09.2018 06:57 PM

Mina's a great signing.

Zero signings for Spurs is a weird one.

h8kurdt 08.10.2018 06:21 AM

It's back!! Football is back. Sure my friends will lil me and remind me that the other leagues started last week BUT PREMIER LEAGUE IS BACK!!

How long we giving Mourinho before he's sacked off?

h8kurdt 08.10.2018 06:23 AM

And here's my hero summing it all up for us

_slavo_ 08.10.2018 07:29 AM

Barcelona has been sucking ass in transfer policy lately.
Selling Yerry Mina and buying that clown Vidal is a move I will never understand.

h8kurdt 08.10.2018 07:50 AM

Say what you like about Vidal but he'd be a nightmare to play against.

!@#$%! 08.10.2018 08:51 AM

i was wondering why bayern had sold vidal because he’s been great. here’s a reasonable explanation:

https://www.dw.com/en/bayern-munichs...ing/a-44958850

tldr; young talent coming in cheap

——

eta: also looks like boateng staying!

he did tell mourinho “no” and psg blocked by spending legalities

h8kurdt 08.10.2018 10:11 AM

Loved how many players refused to join him. Supposedly man utd bid €100 million for Varane and Real weren't having it.
