I'm desperately trying to comprehend in which Universe is it "news" that Assange will face charges. You mean, he hasn't been charged yet?
Great news regarding Acosta. Fuck you, Trump. |

i don't have time to read the articles right now but thanks for the feel-good reminder that civilization can resist the little tyrant and now back to work... |
“If there’s an outrageous and ill-founded lawsuit happening against trans people, it’s usually the ADF,” Mara Keisling, executive director of the National Center for Transgender Equality told NBC News. https://www.nbcnews.com/feature/nbc-...reedom-n936391 |

HYPOCRISY ALERT: Despite Claiming To Fight For The Poor, Ocasio-Cortez Photographed Wearing Clothes, Eating Food
Noticed Ocasio-Cortez isn't wearing a wooden barrel for clothes. Have we been had? EXCLUSIVE: The So-Called “Middle-Class” Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Has Not Once Pressed Her Face Up to the Window of a Bakery, Longing for a Loaf of Bread I just saw Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez eat one whole bean. She didn't cut it up into several small pieces and share them with her fellow hobos. i just saw alexandria ocasio-cortez's apartment & she doesn't even have all four of her grandparents sharing a bed together in the living room |

Trump already spun it into "if he misbehaves again we'll kick him out...", ignoring the fact that a judge ruled that he should not have been barred. |
I still find it fascinating that Hannity was at the podium a couple of weeks ago, Fox is the go-to station for Team Trump, and CNN is attacked by Trump.
I honestly believe that eventually, CNN will come out of this mess smelling like roses, and Fox, well..... |

I'm surprised at how idiotic Saudi Arabia is in all of this. They didn't think that consulate in Turkey might be wired to the gills? They have changed the story about 5 times. Very sloppy. And this conclusion should surprise nobody. So, now the question is, how will The Moron In Chief respond? |
No response. No surprise. Fuck, we’d be better off allied with Iran and Hamas rather than SA & Netanyahuland

"We do a lot of business with them. A lot of jobs depend on this."
Somehow it is "news" that Trump will speak with the CIA about all this? Will he throw them under the bus? Helsinki 2? I see Graham's transformation into Trumpbot is almost complete. Too bad really. I thought he had some balls. It's such a shame that the only one with balls died recently. |
not so, the repubes are totally trumpified, but sure as hell not on our side.
GO NANCY!!! |
"And then they remind me that there's a lot of liberal folks in those other schools who ... maybe we don't want to vote,"US Senator from Mississippi Cindy Hyde-Smith is heard saying. "Maybe we want to make it just a little more difficult. And I think that's a great idea."

That's what I've been saying all along! More to the point, here's an opinion piece on The Washington Post: Don't sanction Iran — trade with it |
I'm still trying to figure out how it's better if USA steps away from the Iran nuclear agreement, especially with a Moderate in charge in Iran. Who does Trump think the next guy might be? ("Trump" and "think" in the same sentence....LOL.)
Today I learned from Trump that getting Bin Laden should have been done much earlier. He can't even give Obama this one. And I'm certain that the military as a whole does not think much of Trump. I'm 36 years RCAF and I have chatted with many American military over the last 2 years. If Trump thinks the military loves him.....well.....there I go with "think" again...... |
To answer the very original thread topic: yes, he very sadly was a serious contender. The party line rhinos love him because they're afraid to step over the line, and the liberals can't manage to get past the cheeto fucker.
